"fantastic place, houses made from an ancient village and castle. all very modern, clean and well maintained. very nice pool though unfortunately always very crowded (many children and little quiet. ) the services : - there is nothing welcome in the room (also a bottle of water in the fridge;) the restaurant is small, the places are not enough and the residents are not reserved the takeaway pizza you can book only from the first afternoon and you can withdraw it by the maximum 19:30; there is no room reserved for late check out (we were refused;) there is no locker room reserved by the pool; breakfast is poor in choice there are no hot dishes (e.g. bacon or toast) apart the eggs but they are only scrambled, not even asking for something specific for the next day (simple toast bread) we managed to get it!...etc.Really a great potential, but the services are all to develop and serves greater orientation to the satisfaction of the needs or requests or wishes of the customer to make it come back. courage, you can improve!"

Wonderful location in the middle of beautiful Umbria’s hills. The apartments are well decorated, perfectly clean and full of all the needed necessities. There are two swimming pools, one for adults and one for kids, for whom there is as well a nice playground. Good for one weekend as well as for one week, the staff will make you feel home all the way through.

at the beginning juni visited, for a week or so. this place was exactly what I was looking for. beautiful, spacious room with a balcony with stunning views of the Umbrian landscape. her restaurant is also top quality, definitiw is worth it, a few of her dinners there. they even have vegan options, and this is not something that often happens in the opposite, so it was very appreciated. very friendly staff also. will definitely go back!
