"it is a beautiful and cozy restaurant in the center of hameln, which offers Italian cuisine, organic food etc. we had duroc (Spanish pork) with carrots, it was tender and juicy, and lamb with paprika. we have not dared to taste the pasta, but after the smell and the happy faces of other people who ordered them, we believe that it was delicious. the chef is not an Italian, but much traveled, the staff was very nice and smiling."

we were a group of 11 business travelers who visited the castello trattoria. we all had steaks. these were great and really well prepared. the accompanying vegetables and the potatoes are boring and cooked. 4 stars for the steaks and the cozy atmosphere.

I was there a few days ago. it is a small restaurant (6-8 small tables,) cozy and beautiful. the pasta was delicious. the tagliatelle with garnelen were excellent. the pizza we didn't try, but she looked very good too. very good service, at a good price.

we were here on Saturday night for my man's birthday dinner and it was fabulous! we had the bruschetta at the beginning and the tomatenflake was a dream! I then had one of the specials, salmon with noodles, and it was perfectly prepared! my man had steak and he said it was melted in mouth! with a half carafe house white this was an excellent value for money and the best we had in hamels!
