Catch Fish and Chips is a great Fish and Chip shop. We use them regularly on Gluten free nights. We order using their app and the food is always waiting when we arrive to collect. We always get great food and great service. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This shopping mall review is not very favorable. The main shop, formerly Debenhams, is still empty, giving the place a boring and clinical feel. The staff appear unhappy and the overall atmosphere is lacking. The food is rated a 1, the service a 2, and the atmosphere a 2.

This is my go-to place for fish and chips. The service has always been excellent and the food is consistently high quality. I usually get takeout for lunch and the price per person ranges from £10 to £20. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5 out of 5. The BEST chip shop in ashford! They offer GF Wednesdays and Saturdays! This restaurant is perfect for our family gathering of 12 people. We were able to place our order early and have one family member pick it up before the meal. The portions were generous and offered good value. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was top-notch. Overall, we would rate the food, service, and atmosphere as a 5 out of 5. The price per person was between £80-90 for dinner.

Absolutely awful service. Ordered a very simple order and came away with 1 portion of chips out of 5 ordered, along with fish and scampi. Drove all the way there, ordered and paid to arrive home with less than half the order. Phoned to see what they’d do to rectify this to be told we’re wrong, not sure what happened to “customer is always right.” Order was not listened to and no customer service offered. Staff training required here on basic customer servicehaving looked at previous reviews it seems there are a lot of people having similar issues. I’d go to ashford town or lenham for chips!
