Found this place by accident on a map of seafood. At first glance, at 12:00, it seemed closed. But we've come and wanted to eat in a narrow street. They ordered shrimp on grill and medium. The shrimp is very big and very delicious in the sauce. I loved it, I was happy. Recommended Ver carta

Stubbled across restaurant while in old city. Choose 2 fish from plate on table outside, bream we think, which came back grilled, with on request, fites and a simple salad plus house wine and bread. Tasted fine and only reason for not giving a higher score was high price not justified.

we had a very bad experience : we waited 1 hour for a plate of fried fishfood that costed 15euros but had only 10 pieces on the plate (surely not worth that price). The place is so noisy and the staff keeps braking glasses and plates making an awful chaos. Also, at 1300 a local restaurant in Taranto doesn 't have mussels... not really nice! There aren 't menus and of course you can 't see the prices. Not recommended at all.

I went to this trattoria for lunch, alone with my dog on a hot summer's day and was given a very friendly welcome by both the waitress and manager, who turned out to be father and daughter. The place is one of those old buildings with high vaulted ceiling nice and cool on a hot day. They didn't show me a written menù and I trusted them to feed me good seafood. The antipasto was abundant and varied, excellent pasta and simple, fresh king prawns for secondo. Price would have been higher than expected, but they applied a discount without me asking and it seemed about right in the end. Paid 40 euros for a full fish meal with wine and amaro. But the service was the best thing of all really friend... Ver carta
