love the relaxed atmosphere of this place, eating is great and personal everything really beautiful

Not much choices..using frozen vegetables in curries..no Indian dessert even though its a Indian restaurant

The menu has changed a lot since opening, it's lost it's best dishes and the quality seems to have dropped.

Went to Chai Naasto after a long time but quite disappointed with the food and the portion size this time. None of the dishes left me wanting to come back. It’s a shame because this place used to be really good.

curry was a watery curry sauce with frozen carrots, green beans and sweet corn swimming in it. not real. naan was rock hard in the center, could only eat the edge. disappointment, expensive waste of money, went into am.

Overpriced, small portions, clueless young staff not trained properly. It's got the style but that's it.Had to call someone over to get our order taken to start, staff not aware or bored, the rice didn't come out, then was brought out later in a takeaway bag .. erm hello! we're eating in.Food was cleared off the table when we had barely not even finished. Owners train your staff please.Next time will support more authentic Indian restaurants, better value and better service.

Purchased food through Deliveroo however, food came all spilt. The food was not even wrapped individually and the tubs all opened as the food was being delivered to us. Ordered meat and Vegan food which by knowledge should be put into deprecate bags but was all in the same bag so for someone who’s vegan this would be a big no no. Called the restaurant who did apologise but had the food been wrapped and also put into separate bags then maybe the food may have been delivered correctly. The Restaurant should have offered a form of gesture.

we visited this place regularly during the prekovid periods and loved the decoration, ambiente, eating and cocktails. nostalgie and foodgasm reigned when we were dined there last week. I am elated to say that the quality and taste have remained exactly the same. we ordered chowk ki tikki and gunpowder chicken wing to begin and they were absolutely lipbek. mumbai mirch is a cocktail I never miss when I'm here, and although the amount seemed a little less than before, it was so delicious. also the keema pau slider was excellent. I can't wait to be here again. I wish that if the dinge become normal again, pav bhaaji will be added to the menu again.
