Whilst visiting selsey, we popped in for a coffee and my husband, who is a coffee aficionado, rated their coffee as notably good!

Visited for a stop off for refreshment. Tried the milkshakes. Tasty but would select small or medium next time. Some outside seating available.

We found this place when house hunting for our holiday home. Very friendly place and made us feel welcome. We've been in a few times now and lovely that they remember us each time. Highly recommended

This restaurant is fantastic, it's very clean and has a wonderful variety of milkshakes. It's definitely the best milkshake in Sussex. They also offer a great selection of lunchtime dishes. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I've been there numerous times now!

The restaurant is located in a great spot on Selsey High Street and their Little Shake Shop is a hit with those looking for a quick treat like ice cream. Our 16-month-old grandson insisted we stop in and we were pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices. The interior decor was so charming, it was worth snapping a photo of on its own.

They make the best milkshakes the flavours are so great! Anything you could think of putting in a milkshake they have and are so amazing! When they say they are thick they are right! I live in London and every summer I come down to Selsey and chaplins is a must, we always plan a visit (or two) when we are down this way! Great staff and place cya next year!

Came on a Wednesday, never been to Selsy before, was hard to tell if they were open or not to begin with. Very dark inside and small, good decorations though. I personally didn't like the mocha I had, tasted very weird, they didn't have any brown bread at all, only white bread which is very old fashioned. Definitely won't return for that reason. Menu needs to be brought into 2023.

Really pleased to find such a great place to eat in Selsey. It is ideal for what we were looking for a light lunch with some treats for afterwards. The service was excellent. We were served very quickly. When my daughter accidentally knocked the table spilling my coffee, without being asked the waiter very swiftly wiped it up and came back with my coffee in a clean, larger cup. The food we had prawn jacket potato and prawn sandwich was great. There was a group enjoying an afternoon tea and that looked superb. We will definitely be back.

I haven't written a review in a while, but I have to say that Hannah and Lee have really stepped up their game at this restaurant. The shakes are still delicious, and they have added their own baked scones, tray bakes, cakes, and other yummy treats to the menu. The sandwiches are excellent as well. We booked the Vintage afternoon tea for my Mum's 95th birthday and it was exceptional. The sandwiches were tasty, the scones with jam and cream were delicious, and the lemon posset was a hit. Even though we were stuffed, we took the cakes home and enjoyed them the next day. The service was great, with bottomless tea served in vintage china.
