"we were here for 3 nights in september 2021. I can't blame the service or the staff so attentively from the moment we arrived until the time we went. we were never made to feel unwilling. I want to talk about eating. we had the hunters chicken. it was okay, but that was as good as I can give it. the chicken was 2 very small pieces with a piece of speck and small amount of cheese only on one piece, the other was simple and very dry. I had done better in others. the second night was fish and chips, which was very nice, have this and they will not be disappointed. the third and last night was lasagne with dirty waffles. the lasagne was very nice, but the waffles came as chips, that was a little on the burnt side and they were served in a cold dish and were very warm. we stayed and paid for"

Stayed 2nights at the chase, room was immaculate, staff were all very friendly and very helpful meeting the family’s needs in the restaurant. Well done, also the food is excellent!

Excellent value for money. A very high level of customer service achieved. All the staff were exceptional from reception to bar staff, waiters, waitresses and Chefs. A special thanks to Ann who looked after us perfectly. See you all again soon.

good atmosphere from beginning to end. extremely child-friendly. I had only forgotten the chef in the kitchen about our order or the ticket for food order, so was a long time waiting. but said that the staff before the house was very apologetic and gave us a drink on the house to say sad.

We really like this hotel and would definitely stay again. The rooms were very good indeed and the bed comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and pleasant. Especially Anne, nothing was too much trouble and she was always smiling. We will definitely book this hotel again when we next visit our family in Nuneaton.

lunch with woman mother. mum had small rump steak chips, woman had lasagne, I had beef ale pee with chips. all three were excellent, especially impressed by the torte, a real torte, not one in a plate with a lid. Pub chips are very variable, but they are there with the best. abt ale also excellent and not cooled, as so often happens. especially thanks to the beautiful rosie.

We visited on Saturday, was very busy due to the rugby but was fabulous regardless. Nice decor in the pub, very friendly atmosphere. The food was fab, I had a pie and my husband had a fish and chips. Both were presented lovely and tasted just as good! Very good value for money too, was able to eat and have a few drinks for under £30 for the both of us! The staff were amazing, although very busy provided excellent service and nothing was too much trouble, thank you to Rosie and Charlie, who were so lovely (and one of them were dressed very 70s, gave me a refreshing blast from the past I’m quite old as you can tell! Overall will be returning in the future and was a lovely meal out for us both.

Owen Owen he’s our man, if he can’t do it no one can . We were really pleased that neither Harry or Owen wiped their pork over our vegetarian friend’s, of African decent, onion rings. They realised their mistake early on, when the main arrived with only the meat and no cheese, however, this was suitably rectified. In fact, before we had even realised it was missing. Owen made sure he smothered our meat in lots of cheese. Owen ensured that his key fit snuggly in to the lock and opened the disabled toilet door. It was no trouble at all for him to wheel our disabled friend in to the toilet. We later found out that he has in deed got level 1 in caring and a current DBS. Owen goes the extra mile.

taking the family and order was easy and the staff friendly and helpful to accept our quirky changes to the norm. eating came fast and hot and everyone enjoyed what they had. the desserts were great, I had eton chaos that was plentiful and tasty. my two enkel and her father had the chocolate sun, which was full of all kinds of joy and was grinded in twice a short time. my wife had seen the chocolate dimmer with ice cream. again tasty and my son hit me simply to finish what she couldn't! all in all an excellent meal at a very reasonable price, £100 for six of us with netzen, desserts and drinks, including three refresh drinks, £16.50 per head in cut and contain three of the meal steak. a very...
