The frame is simply beautiful. We ate at 1715 (the bistronomic restaurant of the castle) The dishes are of quality with very generous portions. Thanks to Félix for the quality service he gave us.

Unbelievable lunch in the Audrieu Castle! An enchanted parenthesis both thanks to the place and thanks to gourmet cuisine, seasonal and extremely well executed by chef Samuel Gaspar. A leader to follow!

The dining room ambience is classical and comfortable without being stuffy. The menu offers nice selections and I especially recommend the guinea hen, the beef cheeks and beets and the shrimp scampi. The wine list covers all areas and is reasonable priced. The service is attentive and professional and this is a place that is worth a visit when in the area. Cost will be around 60-70 Euros PP without drinks.

We spent two nights at the Chateau, and had dinner at the restaurant both evenings. The food was great, as was the service. The first evening we did not manage to finish off our wine bottle. Next evening, they started out by asking us if we wanted the remains from the bottle, as they had saved it and kept it cold (white wine), we had not even asked them to save the bottle. This just shows the high, constant level of attention to details. Highly appreciated.

Our experience was exceptional. I would like to make particular mention of Anna at d/Audrieu, who consistently saw to our every need with grace and efficiency, from initially welcoming us to the hotel, to arranging for service at the bar on more than one afternoon, to making two superb last minute dinner reservations off the property with dispatch, and answering our many questions along the way always with her signature smile and infectious laugh. Anna made our visit especially warm and welcoming.

Why accept a reservation at the hotel without informing the customer that there is no room at the restaurant? The hotel's website indicated that the restaurant was free, upon arrival, we are told that it is complete and that there are not enough staff. How is it possible not to prioritize and book places at the restaurant for hotel guests? The standard room is too small, no shower in the bathroom. INSONORISATION INEXISTANT!!!! REVEIL A 6h30 BY THE PAS (normal mark) of the neighbor of the top with noises of floor and beams of the ceiling. Service insufficient but a priori lack of staff! In short, I do not recommend this establishment and questions arise on the chaine Relais et châteaux which...
