I don't understand that such an establishment has no stars. There are 4-star hotels in Paris where service, hospitality and rooms are clearly less well! Excellent establishment with a wonderful and warm welcome, excellent gastronomy and attentions worthy of the greatest!

We chose the Château de Champlong for a lunch. The frame is very friendly, easy to access with several parking spaces available. The place is very well maintained. For the food part, we ate very well. The foods were all amazing. The wine recommendations are ideal to accompany the dishes. Servers and staff in general are very friendly. We highly recommend!
