Awful brown milk tea ... it tastes like artificial flavorings. It has a sharp, strange sweetness. I will never purchase it again.

Big fan of tea and it was good to see that someone is trying something different, nice clean place and friendly staff. Can't wait for warmer weather so I can grab one and go sit outside.

Did not expect to see a Chatime here. The drink menu is standard and the quality is good. I would definitely recommend this place for bubble tea! Do note that the seating here is more for waiting for your drink so expect this to be more of a take out location only. Ver carta

The tapioca was soft and chewy. I tried the brown sugar drink for the first time, it was good but there was too much milk compared to brown sugar. It became a bit too sweet over time but still enjoyable enough to drink. There are definitely better boba places to try.

This bubble tea shop is by far the best of its kind. With many drinks to choose from including milk teas, fruit tea etc. you can also customise the ice level and sugar level (be it 50% or 120% . This place is amazing and I most definitely recommend chocolate milk tea as it is amazing!! Also the lemon black tea!

friendly staff, always their suggestions and every time it was amazing. Edit: I pumped past today and tried to latte the winter melonentee (honestly the worst drink on the menu. avoid all costs! gabriel noticed that I was not too happy and offered to replace with a new one. the service is always amazing and one of the reasons why I stop at this place every week without mistake! I had ordered a Taro Milk Tea with less ice and less sugar, large cup. All aspects of the drink seemed to be okay, as in the right amount of pudding, the sugar, and then this was the issue. I had ordered only less ice, yet my cup was more than halfway full with ice, and despite the sticker that was on the cup, there was simply too much ice in there. Would recommend if customers needs are met to the certain standards that are asked.

Dear everyone, I highly recommend avoiding the 'Passion Fruit Cooler' or any other 'cooler' drinks at this restaurant. They are basically expensive diluted juices that are not worth your money. You can easily recreate these drinks at home by mixing a cheap supermarket brand diluting juice with water and ice. By doing so, you can save yourself some money and have a better quality supply of juice for a longer period of time. I hope this review helps you save some money.

I have tried most of the bubble tea places in Oxford. Nothing is quite as tasty as Chatime though, my regular being the Passion Fruit Black tea with Strawberry (or tropical bobas. Chocolate milk tea is also a favourite! These are SO addictive, I downloaded the app and always order and pay on my way to work to pick up promptly : the shop is well air conditioned and is usually quite busy, a big thank you to Chris for having such an efficient and friendly team. The app also has an electronic loyalty scheme, so every 12 drinks you get one for free! Seriously, THE best bubble tea. Can’t wait for my next one! Ver carta
