This is a perfectly good restaurant for a traditional French mealWe could choose from two menus - 20 euros or 26 euros.

De passage, nous avons pris le plat du jour qui était tout-à fait convenable. Petit (?) bémol: la terrasse mériterait d'être enjolivée.

Cuisine sans goût que des produits acheté dans les magasins type métro ou Promocash cuisiné si on peu appeler ça cuisiné !!! sans savoir faire

We spent a very pleasant evening in this restaurant. Traditional cuisine of very good quality. Warm welcome and the waiter is attentive and full of kindness. A stop at this friendly restaurant is a must!

l accueil été très sympa . avec un service efficace et sans attente . nous avons bien manger une entrecote grillé avec pommes de terre et salade . la viande été excellente . et une ile flottante . très bon rapport qualité prix . on n'y retournera

As we found out many places close on a Monday, so we stopped at this one. We were greeted by a lovely lady. We had a 3 course meal and a half carafe. The food was lovely. 3 well cooked meal. Tasty as!!! It was our anniversary and the setting would not have been my choice. It was basic but clean but with no real atmosphere. But no fault with the food or service

En visitant cette merveilleuse région, nous avons cherché un endroit pour dîner. Nous avons trouvé ce restaurant dans le charmant village de Le Grand Pressigny. Vous mangez dans une belle pergola et vous êtes accueillis par un personnel amical et compétent qui vous fait sentir immédiatement à la maison et bienvenue. Excellent carpaccio de bœuf et délicieux poulet en liberté et canard. Dessert maison gourmand. Je recommande une visite si vous étiez à proximité.

We came for lunch and had the Menu de Jour at €27.50 for three courses. There was also a €23.50 option. My starter of scallops Saint Jacques was delicious. My husband had the snails cooked in delicious garlic and butter. Main course was duck for me and guinea fowl for my husband, both of which were delicious. The choice of dishes was good and what we thought of as typically French. Desserts were also plentiful. With wine plus coffee, the meal wasn't cheap but it was good value. It was cooked and presented very well. It seemed a shame that it was so quiet for a Saturday afternoon but that may just be rural France.Recommended.
