Chez Hu - Carta

Nice food, very nice decoration.Would recommend if youre around. Menu for lunch from 18 to 25 euros.

The food is good and the restaurant is nicely decorated. you find all the traditional dishes you expected from a thai restaurant in Paris.

Stumbled upon this new restaurant late one evening. Was just looking for a bowl of Tom yum before going to bed. Ended up with lots of other equally delicious dishes. Great place, great dumplings, very nice owners :) Ver carta

The service at the restaurant compensated for average food. The food was tasty, but nothing special. The tables were dressed up with linens and nice place settings, and the service was very attentive. Don't avoid it, but it will not inspire awe.

As vegetarians, we eat Thai food frequently. This restaurant is NOT Thai, it's Taiwanese which is a very different cuisine. There was only one tofu dish on the menu and it was prepared with meat. We gave it a less than average rating because it's name and category is very misleading.

A few years ago, it was crowded, it was necessary to book as much for lunch as for dinner, we returned after a long period, alas, I should have avoided: exorbitant prices for dishes identical to the caterers of the corner of the street, soles that are only frozen nets, presented with a factic ridge that came badly, just to decorate, between 12.00 and 13.30 We will never come again, the best would be to close the establishment and move on to something else. This was a really nice discovery,we were looking for a restaurant to have dinner after the theater and we found by coincidence Chez Hu. The restaurant is really nice,elegant but very friendly. The food is simply excellent. Tasty ,well presented,a real pleasure. The waiter is just adorable,and the prices are more than affordable for a place like this. So don't hesitate is you are in the area of place de clichy and you are hungry,go to 21 rue de Turin, you will not be disappointed. Enjoy

My husband and I purposely sought out this restaurant after coming across it by accident last year when we housesat for a friend. It's in the 8th,in a rather nondescript area but in walking distance to everything. If you walk away from everything, you will come across this gem. I am almost hesitant to write about it because I want it to remain a little secret because it is THAT good. The food is a Thai/Hong Kong mix, very creatively plated and so delicious. It is a small place, cozy and elegant. The food is not cheap but isn't astronomical either. I highly recommend Chez Hu Thai as one of our favorite restaurants in Paris.

It was a really bad experience at this restaurant. My daughter felt hungry at 9:30 pm and I did not want her to go to bed with an empty stomach. So we went to this restaurant just nearby the hotel. We ordered a total of 31$ meal for a 7 years old girl and a lady. But we were asked to take out as our order is not over 40$ or we order one more dish. I told him that we only need a very light meal so I insisted to eat in but waited more than half hour the last meal is still not ready. We were the only clients at that time to order the food. Two others were there and ready to leave. Finally, I paid the bill and left without taking the last meal. In return, I paid 1 cent for the tips. The food is... Ver carta
