"The owner welcomed us heartily and had read my note about my husband’s deafness, so he readily seated us at a back table side by side. Very thoughtful. Our server was quite busy, but we had perfect service and the food was so delicious that I am still thinking about it. For starters we had a terrine and wonderful escargot. The escargot were served in a little pot and there were so many I had to share! My husband had a steaming code for the main and I had a second entree, the most delicious ravioli in a divine cheesy sauce that I will never forget. Wonderful in all at very fair prices. We would highly recommend this little restaurant in a charming old section of the city."

Good meal, but there was only one waiter for the entire room and that was not enough. But the food tasted great and very authentic French options!

Maybe it’s the rain but the place lacks the atmosphere of a bistrot lyonnais. The menu selection is limited and the food is ok. The service is appropriate, even a bit too sober. Knowing well Lyon and the cuisine lyonnaise, let’s say we were a little disappointed. It must’ve been the rain.
