The worst customer service in my life. Asking for money before finishing the order, no manners, talking to collegues whilst taking order, no asking what drinks with the meal, very bad quality food and so on. I do not recommend this place. Ver carta

cheap fast food with deals. it's not the best fried chicken but it shouldn't be viewed as inferior food. i'm a geezer who's a gourmet chef who eats at lots of restaurants and i'll tell you that chicken cottage is one of the best fast food franchises around

Went in with few of my friends. Nice friendly prompt service. Had a delicious burger and also nice BBQ chicken wings. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a really good delicious meal for actually a cheap price. Wonderful dining experience.

was at a nearby hostel and noticed this place nearby on my phone's maps app. got a spicy chicken sandwich meal (included chips and a can of soda) for 5 pounds. Not the greatest quality of course but decent tasting, was ready within a few minutes, and hard to find a meal this cheap anywhere in central London. Ver carta

Since new management took over prices have been hiked quite dramatically, to the point that this is no longer a budget eatery and it's now worth considering other options on the high street. Yes it is that pricey now. Certainly for the time I was in there last week they seem to be losing custom as people walk in and walk out. Wish I had. This place is dying on its feet now.

Last night after a few beers in the Trinity Pub next door, I decided to grab myself a 2 piece chicken meal with chips which at the time went down a treat. Fast forward to 4 am and it's a different story, I'll spare you the gory details. Today has been hell, one of the hottest days of the year and I've spent almost 6 hours on public transport not being able to trust a fart. So thanks Chicken Cottage I'll be sure to recommend you to anyone on the lookout for a cheaper option to colonic irrigation.

Being one of a few fried chicken shops around the area I tried this out because it had the brand Chicken Cottage expecting it to do decent food I was really disappointed, first time I ordered Grilled Chicken fillet burger meal, it seemed half cooked and nothing like the grilled meals that im used to, no flavour nothing, it was more like the chicken teriyaki from subway, 2nd time I chose chicken fillet burger meal, thought maybe 2nd time better, this time it was worse than the first time, the chips were soggy and the fillet burger was rock hard, the burger and chips both went to the bin I will not be visiting this place again Ver carta
