Rude and aweful service, turn up late when an orders been placed hours in advance and they do not even care. Also, the manager then keeps harassing you after you hang up on them. No decent discount or even a decent apology despite being so...late I had guests waiting.

I've ordered from them in the past and there food was at a good quality and service. I ordered last night for my family they took hour and minutes to deliver. The food was cold and they had forgotten the chips. My son...Adam said his food was disgusting. My wife has told me not to order from them again

It was best kebab I've ever had wit the gravy stuff on it little bit of spice was absolutely beautiful my husband had peri peri chicken that was really nice love the way the kebab is in naan bread n not Pitta n I love...Taste of the chips I won't be going anywhere else again I would recommend to anyone Ver carta

I placed an online order for delivery for the first time with them. One email came for acknowledging the order. email for acceptance didn't come. Called them after minutes. The guy spoke and said no order. I said to take order on phone,...said to call back. Called again and ordered but prices were way more than on website and on leaflets. Cancelled straight away and will never ever return. Pathetic service so stay away at all costs.

I decided to pick up a take away so decided to go for the peri peri chicken wings meal consisting of wings, chips and a can of drink. The wings were not marinated in any peri peri sauce and it was just coated with...tumeric and some other indian spice. It lacked any flavour, it was simply grilled and had a burnt taste to it. Furthermore, no salad was provided with the meal as shown on their menu. The can of drink was warm. No smile, please or thank you from staff. I have had similar meals elsewhere which tasted far better. Needless to say I won't be going back.

Referring specifically to the delivery. Every time they send it and i do not specify to bring a fork they do not send one. however when ever i ask for a fork they respond in a rude manner that the fork alway comes with it..., have been sent the wrong drinks twice but , was so frustrated with the ridiculous delivery time that i could not even be bothered to ring , not wanting to lose my temper on the phone over drinks. Over all there over the phone manner needs to be worked on because it is genuinely enjoyable experience when you go in store and i can tell from the voices it is the same staff that is on the phone.
