"Me and my boyfriend we looking for some quick dinner and this place pop up. To be honest this is the best service I ever seen. The staff so nice and very helpful. Even i'm not speaking German but they all try to help and...give me good service. Food very tasty, fresh and clean. Price is worthy and have to say I couldn't stop smiling thinking of this place. "Wir hatten dieses Restaurant aufgrund der guten Rezessionen dieser App ausgewählt und dies entsprach voll und ganz der Wahrheit. Der Service war super und unglaublich freundlich. Ein großes Angebot der Speisen. Wir hatten uns wir eine Platte für 2 Personen entschieden. Es gab eine große Platte Fleisch, Pommes, Reis, zaziki und 2 Portionen Salat. Viel zu viel für 2 Personen und der Preis war absolut in Ordnung !! Gerne wieder !!!!"

"Waren zufällig in Bad Bramstedt und haben mit Feuersteinrestaurants bisher gute Erfahrungen gemacht.Wie sich rausgestellt hat, gibt es anscheinend leider auch Ausnahmen. Hatten eine Pfanne mit Fleisch und Pilzen und Kebab. Muss sagen, wir sind nicht sooo anspruchsvoll was Essen angeht, aber die Gerichte waren unterirdisch. Das Fleisch von den jeweiligen Gerichten schmeckte wie mehrfach aufgetaut, insbesondere in der Pfanne. Zur Location: Einfach und sehr dunkel, selbst an einem Sonnentag.Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und verhindert eine "Ein-Punkt-Bewertung"Vielleicht sind die Pizzen dort die Kernkompetenz. Haben wir nicht getestet. Werden wir auch nicht."

"Tonight my friend wanted to eat spaghetti, so we went to Fratelli, because I had previously worked there and knew that it tasted good there the service was nice. failed!!! What is the point of candles if they are not lit? My friend ordered a Jack Daniels with 2 ice cubes, when we saw no ice cubes and asked about it, we got the answer that it had already melted. Instead of simply taking the glass with you and putting ice cubes in it, the waiter insisted again that she had already made it and that it was cold. We left it like that. Hospitality looks different. A little smile and an apology that it took a little longer could have made things right again. It also took a really long time for the drinks to come, even though we ordered them before choosing the food. Unfortunately the food did not live up to our expectations. The 2 points only go to the kitchen, because you responded to extra requests and arranged it nicely. We have definitely eaten better at other restaurants. My friend said we'll eat somewhere else next time. I don't know if my friend left a tip there, but I think so because he's not petty. Also, my menu was dirty.
