Food was cold and uncooked it was not fit for human consumption do not eat from here if u value yr health or use just eat

This restaurant experience was a complete disappointment. The food arrived an hour late and was cold, with no offer of a refund. I would recommend opting for a better establishment next time.

The staff at this restaurant were extremely disrespectful and lacked intelligence and authority. There are plenty of other options available, even at 4am on a Saturday morning, and I am confident that they would all be much better choices. Ver carta

food was meant to be delivered between 2:05 to 2:25 but was delivered at 2:46 am , the food was cold when delivered and the box for the chips was broken. The delivery driver couldn’t even be bothered to get out of his car and walk along to the house so we had to go out and collect the food , poor takeaway.

I don't understand why so many negative reviews? this place is open almost 24/7! it's speciality is fast food, not Michelin star fine dining. And to me, it does a damn good job at it. Chinos is FAST FOOD not DINE IN RESTAURANT. and Chinos does FAST FOOD GOOD. old school busy kitchen. keep it up! thanks chef x

I ordered a 12 Meat Feast with spicy beef which cost me£1 9.59. I eventually received a Mexicano pizza. Which is not what I ordered. Frustrating that I have to leave a negative review due to not receiving my order as food quality previously has been excellent. I must advise you to avoid and use alternative take away's, most of whom will give you exactly what you order and pay for. Ver carta

Close the place down! Ordered food, never to be seen. My money was taken from my account before even saying the food had been accepted by the restaurant and now I’m sat eating noodles from a pot after forking out 20+ quid on food i never got ! Angry isn’t the word! Do not order unless you happen to walk past the place drunk past the limit to which you won’t even know your order is there or not and eating air will do.

I ordered through Justeat, which said my meal would arrive at 6:25pm, but it's now almost 8pm and I've heard nothing. Apparently they also don't do refunds? So yeah, Chino's are basically unprofessional scamming thieves. I'm honestly not surprised that Chino's has had so many low star reviews, because they are wasting customer's time AND money, they should be ashamed of themselves. Justeat and Deliveroo should also unlist them.

Ordered via Just Eat and we were told our order would be 45 minutes. After 60 minutes the app said our order had been dispatched. 30 minutes later we called to be told that they were short staffed and our order had not yet gone out. Asked for a refund as we had been waiting over 90 minutes by this time. Told would be with us in 15 minutes. 25 minutes later we were given two lukewarm pizzas with burnt crusts. Plain garlic bread rather than tomato and the drink we ordered was missing all together. Phoned to complain but the phone is ringing out. Will not be using ever again. Ver carta
