Chipotle Mexican Grill

Just love Chipotle and this place lives up to the American brand quality. Food fresh, portions good, staff great. Tip top.

My favourite fast food place. Always filling and speedily served but the extra charge for guacamole is excessive. It’s a shame

This is a good option if you want something tasty and convenient. For some reason our food was tepid, to some extent that could have been due to the addition of cold toppings such as sour cream or salsa but the meat and rice should have been warm. Ver carta

Great chicken selections in a nice off the beaten path Grill. We had a Chicken 3 Pointer, Chicken Tacos and a Chicken Bowl that were all delicious. We were able to sit outside and enjoy watching the people go in and out of all the quaint little shops in Cecil Court.

I don’t get the people who works at this restaurant-a portion should be the same for everyone-some people put less than it should be and because of this treatment I refuse to come to chipotle again I had to ask an extra portion because the lady didn’t know what is a portion even working there for a long time

If you love Mexican and you need fast food, this is the place to go. You start with a choice of burrito, bowl, salad or tacos and build your dish your way. There are 4 different meat choices, veggie and vegan options, they cater to spec requirements (keto, high protein etc and their guacamole is the best I have ever had. There's a few of them around, this one i've been to a couple of times along with the one at London Wall and the quality and consistency is the same, the only difference is St Martins Lane has more seating. Chipotle is one of my favorite concepts for Mexican food. Choosing Burrito Bowl or Warp, followed by different types of meat, then your option of rice or beans, topped with Salsa based on spice level, finally the toppings, DIY concept really works for Mexican food. Last time I visited, it was in December and such a great experience. Food was fresh as ever and spicy to the level I like. I ordered my favorite white rice bowl with braised beef and extra spicy Salsa. I also enjoyed chats and socialising with families enjoying their meal. The staff was very quick and attentive despite the Christmas crowd, the pricing reasonable like always. For me Chipotle works and this branch doesn't disappoint...

We are big Chipotle fans and eat there often in the USA. Apparently, the same qualities and service did not get carried over to the UK Chipotle chains as our experience was not the same. They do not take the Chipotle app and were very adamantly opposed to it. When placing the orders, the servers were rude when we asked for a little more cheese, lettuce, etc. Also, unlike the USA chains that have a beverage machine, Chipotles in the UK do not. One has to purchase a can of soda or ask for a little cup of water at the register. The ease and ambiance of the US chains is not evident at all. I love Chipotle! It’s in my top 5 places to eat out for a quick lunch/dinner and I go there very often. The food is always delicious, amazing quality and healthy. I always used to feel very satisfied after eating there. However, more recently it feels as if every time I eat at Chipotle, or perhaps at this specific store, that the portions are getting smaller and smaller. For the meal I usually get I pay £8.80, but I’m starting to feel like this isn’t good value for money. The bowls should be completely full, and I should be able to see it is full from a distance, which I no longer can.
