Our waitress was lovely but the food less so. Our food didn't come out together as quite clear the kitchen didn't prep everything at the same time this was obvious by the temperature of the dishes.

Visited early Saturday, staff very pleasant and helpful plus a good table, the menu is fine but the food is just ok , the beef chilli nachos had almost no chilli quite disappointing, the fajitas just ok and not as spicy as I would have expected , overall just ok wouldn’t rush back

Called to Chiquito on my lunch break with a colleague, so time was if the essence to eat and get back to work. Tina couldn’t have been any more accommodating, taking our order and delivering our order to our table as quickly as possible and paying particular attention to our refillable drinks running low. We didn’t even have to ask, she was on it! Thank you so much for both outstanding service food we’ll definitely be returning soon!

Bad experience, however, the staff did what they could. We were told that the fridge was at fault. The starters arrived cold and were replaced after nearly an hour. Then the main course arrived and two of the dishes and a side dish was cold. They were replaced but it was really too late to start eating a meal around 9pm. We spoke to the manager who explained that the issue was caused by a fridge causing items to be too cold. The staff assisted as they could but the delay in the food spoilt the evening. We will go back again as previous visits have been ok.

Visted hear with my husband for the first time, was greeted by friendly and professional staff, purchased one of the Sombrero Hats for £2.00 lol. The staff were all very friendly and prompt with orders etc the place was clean and tidy and had a great Mexican/Espanic theme to it which you would expect lol. The food was delicious and well presented, the drinks we order Mocktails were delicious. The food was that good my husband ordered a 2nd round off Enchiladas, the prices were spot on and we can definitely say we will be visiting again soon with friends. We decided to give this ago at last minute walked in table was clean restaurant looked clean not over full. Food was really good Placed order with a lovely waitress she was polite and helpful. Starter came was incredibly salty had to send it back couldn't eat it. Second course came unfortunately wrong order I asked for chicken burger got halloumi burger. The waitress was so apologetic I actually felt sorry for her she said would you like to start that one and we will get you the chicken one. By the time my burger arrived we had eaten the first one the order was wrong again but didn't have the heart to tell her she said she would put burger in box for us to take home. I rarely leave poor reviews but this was a very disappointing visit. Good points: The front of house staff were polite. The bill was relatively low-cost due to the restaurant having a cheaper lunch menu. Bad points: The food service was incredibly slow despite there only being around 5 or 6 other occupied tables there. Took around 25 minutes for starter to arrive and 30 minutes for the main afterwards. We both had two different types of burritos. The beef burrito was OK, but the pulled pork one was absolutely colourless and flavourless as if the chef had forgotten to put some ingredients in the filling. My family surprised me and my son in law with fathers day tea here. It was very quiet when we arrived but the waitress ava (I'm not sure if that's how you spell her name) was very helpful and polite. Ordered pur drinks which arrived promptly. We then ordered our food. It took almost an hour to arrive at the table. Ava was chasing it up for us the whole time. When the food finally arrived it was very bland and flavourless. One of the people in our family had ordered bbq sauce and it arrived with very spicy habanero sauce. Being greeted by someone who really did not want to be there, wasn’t the best first impressions. For the same person then to go on and serves us didn’t make the experience any better. Although we where asked about allergies (of which we have) nothing was then done about it. Luckily the menu online gives full details and we could make the decisions ourselves. Food then took nearly an hour to arrive. If the restaurant was packed full then I would expect this, but it was less that 1/4 full.
