very nice and simple Mexican kitchen. simple menu, fresh ingredients and fast service. beautiful for lunch with children.

almost 12 euro for a shi*y burrito? do you sweat? fill the cup around 2 euro and there were only two drinks to choose and one was empty.

The is place is great. There is very little Mexican food in Germany so this place was exactly what I was looking for. It's setup and has a similar menu to Chipotle. Go for it! Ver carta

it is another version of the well-known sandwich bar where they choose what to put in. you choose your burrito from salate and what you want. price 8 or 9 euro for warm lunch!

this crispy girl was with this other Irish girl who were fantastic. they did the best queen I ever had in my life, not even gordon ramsey could never have prepared that, I am blessed I went after chupenga.

The food here is absolutely delicious and you are able to customise it to add various ingredients of your choice. Generous servings and also great for vegetarians. The staff were friendly and super nice, they took the time to explain the options to us and...had a chat as we ate our food as it was quiet in the restaurant. Berlin has only a few casual Mexican-inspired restaurants and Chupenga has a handful of locations. The restaurant is trying for the Chipotle-style of menu, but with more limited vegetarian options. The guacamole and salsa was delicious but overall it was a mediocre meal. The food is flavorless and bland, only improved with hot sauce. It is not a great example of Mexican cuisine but it is good enough considering it is located in Berlin.

Good place for lunch, burritos and bowls, meat and veggie options, had a burrito with quinoa, pico de gallo, salsa roja and black lentils, quite tasty. Had some trouble biting into the monster roll, so opted for a sit down lunch at the curb side...on simple metal seats and simple metal tables. Nice combo of street food and lunch counter style eating. Asked for tofu, got chicken instead. Hopefully better next time. Even so, the roll was pretty stuffed and I left satisfied. Pretty good value for 10 EUR without drink.

I came here because of the good reviews, but unfortunately I was quite disappointed. I got the naked burrito with chicken, rice, beans, corn, lettuce, and salsa. The only thing that made the bowl even remotely appetizing was the hot sauce from a bottle that I poured onto it. The chicken was stringy and under seasoned. The rice was soggy and without any kind of flavor no cilantro, no lime, no spices. The beans tasted like they had been rehydrated and mushed together. There were no vegetables other than lettuce. The restaurant also seemed to be woefully understocked several ingredients (like the guacamole) were out, and they made no effort to make more. It seemed like bad planning, as dinner t... Ver carta
