Firstly ,your booking system is not recognised by the pubs system! They did not have our reservation! Get it sorted please. Once we got a table, the whole experience I can thoroughly recommend.

The restaurant's booking system isn't compatible with the pub's, so they didn't have our reservation! Please address this issue. Once we finally get a table, I can recommend the overall experience.

The service was terrible; it took an hour for our food to arrive, and several ingredients for the mixed grill were missing, including mushrooms, black pudding, and a fried egg. Instead of chunky chips, we were served French fries.
