courteous and prepared staff, clean but cold room at all heated accounts, very salty compared to other premises serving the same friselles.

The menu is quite limited but full of surprises- great ingredients lovingly prepared. It has a genuine local, honest feel to it and a laid back ambience. Not run of the mill.

We spent a few days in Martina Franca and it's surroundings and looked at Cibando our favorite pub to start the evening. What else you need differently from Summer, Aperol Spray and a few very nice snacks...

Actually, we had other plans for our dinner in Marina Franca, but these options were fully booked. Instead, we chose this restaurant and weren’t disappointed. The food was simple and informal and very, very tasty. It is highly recommended.
