"in the last night of our vacation we discovered this amazing restaurant. it was a very hot evening to straight, but the brise from the sea kept us beautiful and cool, as we probably sat on the best table on the terrace...with a beautiful view of the sea through the typical Italian architecture of anguillara. Our hostess, I think her name is daniela, was so attentive, and when she realized that we were English, she immediately describes us and describes us all the water. our starter came, I had a nice fried baby squid, so beautiful in the did that my wife, who often looked at me with dread for eating squid, tried it again, and tried it further until it was all gone. she had chosen a sortiment of cheese starter that came with a small glass honey for dipping the cheese, I decided that I would give it back, and try it a bit and it was absolutely delicious! our main, for me a perfectly prepared filet steak with two amazing dressings, my wife decided for a scratching ragu prepared with an old family recipe! Unfortunately we flew back to Britain the following day and couldn't stay and enjoy one of the great looking desserts! next time, next time. next time we will be booked for another holiday in anguillara, and I intend to take my wife again to enjoy another meal there for our high-time celebration. (but on the world situation of course all in all, amazing. we cannot recommend enough."

This is a great restaurant in Anguillara Sabazia. Food and service outstanding. The seating is outside and perfect on a warm summer evening Recommend a visit.

Fresh ingredients and a good chef. Just what you need. We had a a couple of lovely fish dishes small “whitebait” from the lake so tasty followed by sea bream with a crispy potato topping. Not the cheapest of places, but it...was good. We were looked after very well and the owner explained the menu in good English.

My husband and I have been here twice and on both occasions the service and food have been faultless. We went with our two sets of families and felt the service was exceptional. The lady was very knowledgable about the menu and when the dishes...came it far exceeded our expectations. The food was full of flavoured and perfectly cooked. The homemade desserts are also not to be missed. We will be going there again before we leave and already cannot way. THANK YOU!!!

from the warm welcome to the homemade limoncello, which is a beautiful experience. a family-run restaurant with great service, tasty local cuisine and an excellent selection of wine. we started with the prawns and the seabass; both fabulously delicious. for pasta we had the...ravioli and the captivating; wonderful and we ended up with the salmon and homemade pesto that did not disappoint. everything was washed with a beautiful pecorino. great place in a wonderful location.

We ended up here by chance. thank you for the case that allowed us to taste the pici to the wine! I was amazed and bewitched. an unusual, tasty, delicious dish. I wanted to order a second portion! the braised pork cheek super delicate and tender. The more I could not say, but from the care of these two dishes, the commitment and enthusiasm of Mrs. Daniela, I would say that a second visit is mandatory. Besides the education and kindness of the young waiter I was very impressed

restaurant in the heart of the historic center of eel, just crossed the monumental door. very pleasant outdoor terrace in the evening, especially in the hot summer evenings just spent. the courtesy of the owner and his collaborator since the order of the course takes the quality of the dinner, which is then confirmed. excellent ravioli with citrus fruits and pines with clams. a real surprise the panzanella with steam calamaro served as an appetizer. the price quality ratio adds points to an experience to be recommended. I'll be right back.

this is our favorite restaurant in italy and could not think of a better place to celebrate our high-time day. a flight from the states and a short journey from the airport rom. this is a world-class restaurant with a small town...feel the owners daniela will give them their undivided attention and feel them at home. eating is excellent and if they like fresh fish from the sea, then this is the place for them. a special home made gloomy of their choice. daniela is a complete jewel, one of the most beautiful people I've ever met. that was really worth the trip.

Limited, but lovely, menu. Marvellous tuna with onion mayonnaise; the freshest fried smelt (latterini); great sirloin cooked genuinely rare with rocket and Parmesan; bream in a potato crust with cooked baby tomatoes. A delightful, unusual Merlot rosato (Rosalago) from Trevignano (round the lake a few...miles). A terrace wafted by zephyrs. Childish idiosyncrasies handled with aplomb. The lady who served us spoke excellent English (and I suspect at least French if not several more). As the rightly acerbic response to Stephen’s review indicates: there is a real seriousness about this restaurant: they deserve the spot. What a find for us, purely on the off-chance.

"update May 2022: I returned to this very romantic restaurant and the kitchen changed. first note: again invaded by insects flying on glasses and dishes, although I realize that you could not do much if not ask to eat inside. second note: extremely prepared and professional staff, really good. third note interesting wine paper, aesthetically well prepared dishes. said this there is a problem, the dishes are with small portions but normal prices (which would not be a problem, I love when you prefer the quality to quantity, but here there is something that does not fit.) a plate of pasta with clams costs as in other restaurants but it is with the lupins; fried squid and shrimp is with very small shrimps and scampi and it costs as a normal with squid and big shrimps, etc.) moreover the dishes are very complex, so that it is not easy to amalgamate all the ingredients together. In some cases we have the impression of an exaggerated research of complexity, with results that do not always convince. remains a great restaurant but personally I will not return. Interesting cuisine though not all the dishes I was excited. definitely the staff is kind and professional and the place deserves. excellent ingredients and the imagination of the chef in creating original dishes. I think it's just the worst coffee. the chosen mixture is really bad, sin. remains a place where I will return, because it is very romantic, clean and offers an interesting culinary experience. prices are in line with the express quality."
