We stopped here for a quick lunch and we're delighted by the quick service and delicious pizzas! The casual ambiance and great service made this for a lovely lunch. Note: if you get the burrata pizza just be warned it can get soggy from the burrata but it is delicious!

We loved this place, the only thing that sucked was it was so busy that they cram people into the indoor and outdoor areas. Each table is very close together, but it was delicious and worth it. The pizza was the best we have had in Europe and we've been traveling for theee weeks eating pizza almost every day at different places in different cities. The peach Bellinis were delicious!

This was our last meal in Florence and after a week of great eating, this food was disappointing. I had the octopus appetizer and the shrimp risotto and they were both pretty average. They did have a nice outdoor seating area. Service was fine until it was time to pay. I think there was some issue finding the credit card machine. In any case, it took a very long time to pay and leave.

Citi and sons has options for everyone! They have a variety of gluten free options. I got the gf pepperoni pizza with vegan cheese and it was delicious!! We also got the gf and df cheesecake and an order of the gluten free focaccia! The waiter even brought me a gluten free bread basket too! Upon arriving our server asked about allergies and helped me navigate the menu. Our waiter Alex was amazing and very knowledgeable about allergies! Make sure to put Ciro Sons on your list if you visit Florence!

The food was mediocre. We visited twice because the menu was good for a group that included vegetarians. Ingredients didn't seem fresh and preparations were lackluster. The first night our server was fine, but the second night our server was terrible. He seemed annoyed immediately. He plopped our water down without pouring it. When he poured wine he spilled it on menus and in water glasses. He didn't return to take orders from the table next to us, but was upset when they ordered from another server. Disappointing, especially since this restaurant was recommended to us by a local.

We made a reservation here because it was so highly rated for people with celiac. Good thing we did, because there was a long line of people waiting the whole time. There are THREE separate kitchens! One for GF. They also service gluten, vegan, and dairy free. What a concept everyone is happy!! My college aged kids with celiac felt so comfortable here due to the separate kitchen, and declared this their best dinner in Florence. We enjoyed it too very nice ambiance inside and outside. Wish we had returned here the following night instead of where we went instead (across the street).

We had a most excellent dinner here! Not sure why one review said they were closed. They were definitely open and super busy! It 's a large restaurant and it was packed on a Saturday night! We got there early enough (6:30ish) we got a table without a wait but they were soon full with a line. Service was great. One of the sons who owns the place was there working-super nice. The food was great! Delicious pizzas! We also had the calamari appetizer and eggplant appetizer. All of it was perfect! We would highly recommend--especially for their pizza. I was so excited for this, so perhaps it was an issue of overly high expectations. This was rated one of the best GF pizzas in the world, but honestly, it was pretty ordinary. I ordered one of their special pizzas, the Pompeii, that had eggplant and tomato. My first thought when I got it was Omg, so much cheese . It reminded me of an American takeout pizza with. There was also a lack of toppings. With GF, the crust is what 's makes or breaks it. And this crust, was just okay. It seemed like it was out of a box. The outer ring was puffy but everything else was so thin that it just became soggy. The table next to me got the GF focaccia and it was what I thought the pizza was going to be like....

Came here at dinner time and was seated fairly quickly just a 15 minute (very reasonable wait with no reservation. We ordered quite a bit of food calamari, arancini, a salad, and a pizza. Our total came out to lower than expected (less than €50 . Prior to the meal, we were served bread with balsamic vinegar and olive oil as is customary. Our starters: calamari was phenomenal delightfully crispy and flavored well. It is a fun dish to order because it is not just fried squid it comes with fried zucchini too!
