"Let 's start from the positive sides... the quality of the raw materials is really excellent... a nice place with attention to detail... we booked two fried dishes for an aperitif followed by 3 platters and 3 sandwiches. Negative sides of the experience...For the fried food we waited about 20 minutes, the kitchen was already at work and the timing for the fried food seems really excessive given the quantity which was not exaggerated. Once the fried foods were finished, the sandwiches and above all the platters arrived one by one. The good rule of catering requires that all diners at the table eat at the same time, this did not happen... even a platter of cold cuts arrived last and here too we waited a long time, even though the place was not full. In 6 people we spent 128 euros, including fried drinks, sandwiches and two desserts and a coffee. The most painful note of this experience, in addition to the timing, was the lack of presence of the staff at the table... almost absent. Only when it was time to clear the table did they worry about whether we had liked it or not. A tip to pamper the customer more wouldn 't hurt, and the delivery times of the dishes should be reviewed. I don 't know if I will go back. A few minutes after my review came the owners ' response..... I must say that they fully understood the suggestions given. Well done indeed...taking the suggestions into consideration is a sign of attention and dedication to the work. Consequently I change my opinion and I will return to visit you to review you again....."

Very bad experience. We had booked for 9.15pm and when we showed up we were told we had to wait because whoever was occupying the table hadn't gotten up yet, they weren't even able to give us a time frame. After 15 minutes we call back and they tell us that they were drinking coffee, we wait again and the version that they had just had dessert is added to the coffee; it was now 10pm and we had been out in the cold for 45 minutes now. I'm sorry, but we don't behave like this and we don't make people wait so long... if there are deadlines to respect, it's right to do so even if you have to inform the person occupying the table that they need to vacate it.
