Clydee’s Brunch&burger Kemptown

A terrific place to have a refreshing drink and eat a tasty burger. The food was fresh and I enjoyed every bite. I was served by the owner who gave a great service

I highly recommend this restaurant! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very relaxed. I had a nice chat with the owner, who was very friendly and I wish I could have stayed longer. I definitely plan on coming back one day.

Found this place by accident while walking in the rain super-hungry after our 4.5 hours BHF London Brighton bike ride. Burgers were absolute delish. Chips were perfect. Portions were huge (please see my picture; perfect combo) The service was also excellent.

First time I have been to Clydee’s I was wondering around Brighton and was hungry for some breakfast and found this Gem of the Place. The staff was really friendly to me and had good quick service and even had good quality food and coffee. If you need some food 100% check out this place lots of other items to offer.

on a trip to brighton my family and me wanted to have a real english breakfast and we were more than satisfied to the point of going back until we left the city. the food is very good and qualitative as well as its presentation, moreover the service is fast and the music very cool. we had a warm welcome with an extremely nice smiling owner who puts us directly at ease and who is also open to discussion. fav place of brighton go there (better than macdo believe me)

My group and I walked into this restaurant around noon. We just flew in and this was the first restaurant we stopped at, and I cannot overstate how satisfying the breakfast they served was (lower right)! And at a perfectly reasonable price! Made my fiancé’s day and I felt full for hours, all the more complimented by the wonderful staff. We just decided to make it not only the first but also the last place we visit in Brighton before leaving, it’s really that good!

What a fantastic find! We discovered this wonderful restaurant while searching for a table for six. Clyde, the owner, is a superb host who provides excellent service and serves delicious food. The burgers were absolutely delicious, made with fresh ingredients and cooked perfectly. The prices are very reasonable, and although the menu isn't extensive, you won't be disappointed. This place is a hidden gem, and we can't wait to make it our go-to spot every time we visit Brighton.

I am a frequent customer at this restaurant, and I must say that the Lucky Strike burger is hands down the best burger in Brighton! I have been on a mission to find the perfect burger, and this one definitely takes the crown. The burger is generously sized, with a delicious beef patty and crispy bacon. The addition of a huge slice of avocado was unexpected but it perfectly complemented the flavors. The seasoning with chilli flakes added a nice kick. 10/10 Small place with the biggest heart. Too good not to review. Do yourself a favour and pay these guys a visit, everything about our experience was perfect. I had the meanest looking vegan burger I've ever had with a side of what I can only describe as perfection in the form of chips. It was everything I could've hoped for and more. Clydee and Francesco made us feel so welcome, they represent everything that's great about a small business and Brighton itself.
