Hier gibt es viele verschiedene und ausgefallene vietnamesische „Tapas“ aus der Stadt Hue. Mögen zu Beginn etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig sein, aber definitiv einen Versuch wert. Bisher gibt es kaum Läden, die diese Speisen anbieten. Auch die Hauptgänge sind aus der Stadt Hue bekannt.

Die Speisen, die es hier gibt, schmecken alle sehr authentisch. Vor allem die Banh Beo und Banh It Ram schmecken super. Auch die Nem Lui und Banh Bot Loc haben sehr gut geschmeckt Bei der Bun Bo Hue haben wir ein paar Kräuter gefehlt, war aber trotzdem sehr lecker. Die Ambiente ist gemütlich, im Sommer kann man auch draußen sitzen. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und schnell!
