We went here for lunch today dec my son Alex is a student here so we went to try the food three course meal all very tasty was not disappointed food came out quickly the students acted very professionally we were very impressed and...we will definitely go back

the positive are that it is a beautiful place and a great idea. the cocktail and one of the canapés were good (the other canapés were bland). the suppen dish (very similar to Russian ukha) was good and the broccoli (with both main dishes) became. very well done and the lemon was beautiful. the liver pate starter was pasty. the lambskin was chew with unavoidable fat and the maic became too glutinous. the fish (cake) was overdonated and finally the cream was like a touch.

I went to Coast Restaurant, located within Hastings College, after seeing a Facebook post that they were looking to rebuild custom after Covid. I'm so glad I did! Fabulous service and a fine dining experience for unbelievably good prices around for starters and desserts and for mains. The parsnip and truffle soup with pine nuts and truffle oil was delicious and the sticky toffee pudding a little taste of heaven! The students, both cooking and waiting did a fine job. Thank you for a wonderful lunch!

I had lunch recently and my sitting position gave me a direct view into the kitchen. the chef I took as a teacher was made by the work. each piece that was covered with potato masculin was made by hand. I eat home with a suitable utensili. I notice that all TV kitchens constantly use their fingers, why? my partner had two dishes, both accompanied by identical salads. the server constantly called their sweets that did not go too well. eating was not bad, but I'm the old school and don't like my food.

if restaurants are to be successful in their career, they need a good introduction. this training restaurant, in an inconceivable modern college is an absolute gem. an attractive room with a visible kitchen it offers quiet and effective as well (if not significantly better) a...experience than any top cooking restaurant in a kilometer radius. eating is skillful and creatiw cooked. the students radiate trust and charm. the prices are excellent. there are a series of “special” events and we look forward to the return and that will be of regularity

I had high hopes for my experience at Coast for a multi-course meal, and I was not disappointed. The entrance is located next to Costa at the main college entrance, and the bar is well-stocked. Upon arrival, we were greeted and led outside to enjoy canapes and a glass of wine before being seated promptly. The starters were delicious, with my scallops and chorizo being a highlight. The mains, including my rack of lamb and hubby's pasta, were also tasty. Desserts were served quickly, with the bread and butter pudding being a standout. Yesterday, five of us had lunch on the coast and it was the most pleasant experience I have had in a long time. The table was beautifully set, and the room itself had a light and creatively decorated atmosphere that was very relaxing. The service was not the quickest, but that is to be expected. We were able to enjoy a cozy meal and were well taken care of by our young waiter (I apologize for not remembering his name, but if he sees the pictures he will recognize us). Coast restaurant hosted my husband's birthday lunch and we cannot thank them enough. From the friendly advice during the planning stage, through to the event on the day, no detail was too much for the team. The eclectic atmosphere created by stylish decor and beautiful...lighting far exceeds any expectation on a College restaurant but actually raises the bar high for any restaurant anywhere. The food was delicious with all the guests commenting that they were delighted with their choice and every dietary requirement was catered for with a great option.
