"I must tell you that I was surprisingly impressed. I was advised by my friends that this place is worth the detour whilst traveling home. At first looks I thought it's the usual high street kebab house, but no, it's not, it is what it says on the front...Soul Food! The ribs are to die for. The mango chicken is moist as butter. Believe me, the food is heavenly. This establishment gives a damn about food. 5"

Great service and proper good food. Had a meze starter which we shared. Goat curry and rice (amazing) with red skin fries and a portion of plantain. Really is worth a visit. 10/10

Food Came cold and late, yet mgr had a go at me that it was my fault, he says it was takeaway, we was sat in front of him for 1 hours.... ridiculous...it's gone bad since new owners ...avoid...

Edit : went back today and had the most delicious mango chilli chicken dish !! Thank you I'm not sure what everyone raves about or maybe I'm ordering the wrong thing..? i had a king prawn dish £14 was ok.. very salty !

It's the first time to Cocos. The staff were friendly. The food was really good. I think I'll be trying the rest of the menu. Great experience. Not like a usual fast food. If next visit is good as my first visit I think it will be my place to go for a takeaway or somewhere to eat out. :0)
