"The most American of Corsica restaurants. The boss is adorable and loves what she offers. American dishes well from home, with products sometimes imported directly from America. Like the salmon bagel and Philadelphia, a slaughter. A hot dog with beef sausage, like a real hot dog. And very well shaken milkshakes, with homemade Corsican ice cream. Brownies and home cookies, too. I can only advise you to this restaurant with a terasse away and quiet. We loved it. Thank you."

Nestled in a small alley 2 steps from the marina and citadel, this address is worth a visit, at least for the ice. We chose to buy our ice cream to finish a good evening, and it was a real success.
