Food was ok but the service was terrible. Food was 75 minutes late. Called once when it was 20 minutes late only to be told he was leaving and 20 minutes later to be told the same thing. Then checked via the app only to be told another 15 minutes. It's Saturday and understand it can be busy, but it was the lying I didn't appreciate.

The food was good overall, but there is room for improvement in the packaging. The yogurt containers were not sufficient and some liquid leaked out, causing a mess. The other paper bags were also wet underneath. Additionally, the delivery driver should be more patient. I live in a small one-bedroom flat and had to ring twice before I could even get to the door. LOL!

I ordered food at 6:10pm with an expected arrival time of 7:25pm. However, it did not arrive until 8:10pm. The food was barely warm and the chips were cold. When I contacted the restaurant to inquire about the delay, I was promised that the food would be hot. I was disappointed with the experience and would not return. I would not recommend ordering from this restaurant again. Other reviewers are correct in saying that it is not worth the money. The prawns were small, the curry was watery, and the biryani was dry. The order also arrived very late and the customer service was unhelpful when contacted. Overall, it is not worth the trouble. Justeat should reconsider partnering with this restaurant as it is negatively impacting their reputation.

Initial delivery was 7.35pm when placing order on Just Eat, when restaurant confirmed it was 8.05pm eventually got the order at 9.20pm after trying to find out where it was. The food was quite plain, the chips were cold had to microwave them the onion bahji’s were dry, powdery and cold as well. The food was so late that our son wouldn’t eat it in the end as it was too late for him. Disappointed as this is the first Take away curry we’ve had in a long time and we were really looking forward to it,

Delivery: after waiting half an hour past the delivery time I called the restaurant, to be told that my order was on its way. After 50 minutes I called again and was told it was on its way. I explained, that's what I was told before and I was told if there was a problem they would let me know. This is an attitude problem that needs to be rectified. I explained that it already was a problem and could I have the driver's number and then I could speak to them and explain how he can find us. She couldn't do this at first because they have 2 drivers and she didn't know which had our food. This is a tracebility issue and they need to rectify this, especially with Covid at the moment.
