"Both our meals were dry and not very tasty, very disappointing for such a nice hotel, we shared a dessert, it was described as caramelised pineapple with coconut mousse, sounded tempting but it was two small fingers of pineapple with a tiny cube of mouse, I would have expected the pineapple to be warm since it was caramelised but it was cold, very mediocre meal for such a high price! Vegetarian options: Only two vegetarian options for the main course, the usual vegetable curry and a cauliflower steak which was tasteless but very spicy"

We went for the sparkle and swim deal for my mum's birthday and it was perfect, she was so happy and everyone was super impressed. The spa/pool gym were lovely and the vegan and vegetarian afternoon tea options were delicious and no trouble, the service was really good and relaxed and there was a great amount of food!! Will hopefully come back and try the vegan options in the restaurant too : Service: 5
