"Yesterday, I was happy to eat here on the opening day. an authentic Japanese restaurant. many people I would think: now, still load a sushi, we didn't feel 20 brownish? irrtum! sushi is looking for her on the menu of forgiveness. here they can eat hot dishes from the japan all day. from donburi to various sprinkling to delicious desserts. at the beginning we have edamame (a delicious bean snack to the evening beer, traditional Japanese) and since the opening was still a glass champagne. my cucumber should enjoy the wakame udon (the thickest Japanese noodles with Dashi soup, fried tempura and wakame (Japanese alga.) I ordered a delicious teishoku dish. a delicious combination of a main dish and several supplements, rice and fresh mix. to the supplements there was a delicious Japanese carving with a spicy sauce and an salad. on the map you will also find a Japanese beer, whisky, conjak, tees and sake. but I had chosen a Japanese refreshment drink. not too sweet and refreshing. the personal was nice, friendly and courteous. authentic japanese. but they are all (if the time is) to have for a small stiel. the kitchen is occupied by an experienced Japanese cook. they are probably not found anywhere else in Lower Saxony. I could only taste many dishes in london, japan or düsseldorf. I hope to eat here with the time through the whole card. I can only say: itadakimasu!"

After my trip across Japan I had a longing since I enjoyed Japanese cuisine and culture. One hundred percent is found in Shiki. The owner is an incredibly lovable, friendly person who takes a lot of time for her guests when these questions have. The food tastes 100% as if I were in Japan (if I close my eyes I could believe smoothly I would be there). The whole atmosphere in the restaurant radiates a tranquility that I experienced in Japan as well. The interior is quiet but elegant. I'd love to go back and taste it.
