"We have not been particularly impressed with the places we have eaten in St Malo until we visited Cosy Braise. This is a wonderful restaurant, great atmosphere and terrific steaks. What particularly impressed was that for a restaurant that sells itself on large lumps of meat cooked to perfection the starters and desserts were of the same high standard. While starters and desserts were prepared in the kitchen, out of sight, the steaks were cooked on an open fire in the main restaurant making for an even more interesting experience.For a post Brexit British family eating out in France is really not cheap. Cosy Braise however still managed to feel good value given the high standard of the food.We will be coming back, and have already booked a table. This is not a big restaurant and I would strongly recommend booked if you want to arrive after 8:00pm."

Des produits de qualité, un service rapide et une cuisson au bon goût de feu de bois. L'astuce : si vous êtes sujet(te) à des bouffées de chaleur, éloignez vous un peu de la cheminée ! Réservation sur répondeur, le patron vous rappelle pour confirmer.

Cet établissement situé dans le quartier de Saint-Servan à Saint-Malo offre une très belle carte. Plats savoureux. Patron efficace et serviable. Service à revoir car trop longue attente (manque une serveuse). Un poil plus cher que la concurrence locale. À conseiller !

Ce restaurant est petit par la taille (il faut impérativement réserver car c'est toujours plein !), mais grand par la qualité des plats et du service.Tout est convivial, intime, et très chaleureux , comme la braise de la cheminée sur laquelle le patron fait griller les viandes.On frise l'excellence ! Le Cosy Braise est plutôt bien placé dans Saint-Servan. La salle est toute petite mais rend l'ambiance chaleureuse avec la cheminée. Les serveurs sont accueillants et les viandes sont bonnes et bien cuites. Les accompagnements sont parfait pour l'assiette. Bref, un restaurant avec un super rapport qualité/prix !

The atmosphere was cosy as the restaurant says, full by 8:30. The combo of dips, saffron rice, mixed grill was also very tasty, followed by cheese and coffee.the only shocker was when I said to give a 10 euro tip, the lady in charge took 21 euros, Note: give tip with your change, left without an argument but left disgruntled, shame as otherwise a lovely restaurant.
