"We stayed one night in the hotel and had dinner in the restaurant in the evening. The hotel : Decorated with care. Spacious and well-equipped room. Nice view of the garden with a very pleasant exposure. The bed is very large but we didn't find it comfortable enough. The bathroom mirror was all stained. I found it a shame that the toilet light came on with a presence detector and not via a button. I would also have appreciated a few extra pillows. Restaurant : The large room is very pleasant. There weren't many of us so it wasn't noisy. The appetizers were very good. As a starter, we had the scallops, it was delicious. As a main course, we tasted the veal steak with morel sauce and mashed potatoes as well as the fish with coconut beans and basil sauce. The morel sauce was super fragrant!! The fish was very well cooked but the seasoning was quite tasteless. For dessert, apple millefeuille with cinnamon ice cream. Very well presented and delicious. The service was relatively long. The establishment in general: Very nice building, we stayed there in March so we did not take advantage of the swimming pool which was empty. The exterior and interior are very well maintained. Overall I find that the welcome from the staff deserves a little more warmth for a 3-star hotel."

"Restaurant situé au calme, dans le hameau des Farjons à Uchaux.Parking assuré attenant.Agréable terrasse pour la belle saison et jolie salle à manger aux teintes claires et douces. L'endroit est reposant.Cela tranche avec le vacarme des certains établissements en ville.Au déjeuner du vendredi, c'est menu unique "Aïoli". On est prévenu à la réservation.Cuisine élaborée avec des produits locaux frais et à circuits courts autant que faire se peut.Du coup, les tomates, de différentes variétés servies en entrée, ont du goût.L'aïoli proposée apporte de l'originalité par rapport aux offres de la plupart des restaurants ce jour-là. Cette offre du vendredi midi est compléte avec vin et café. Très appréciable.Pour autant, carte des vins sympa, pour accompagner les différents plats des menus.Service bien organisé, et efficace."

"The castle is in perfect condition of conservation. It remains perfectly from the time with a touch of modernity in the decoration. The room was well heated and comfortable. The bedding was very comfortable. The restaurant offers well executed seasonal products. All that is proposed to breakfast is homemade, a delight! We also made a walk in the adjoining forest, it has as much charm as it is surrounded by a stone wall of time. It is also ideal for walking or footballing. I strongly recommend the place to be discovered. Finally, there are relatively close tourist places (growing area, vaon la roman, lace of Montmirail, Orange, etc.)."
