"Only restaurant open near the hotel circumstances dictated we had to stay in so despite previous bad experiences with restaurants in this chain we had to risk it. Apart from being inside a building and warm there was nothing else positive to report. Service was very poor, staff seemed loathe to be in the restaurant alone and spent nearly all the time we were there in a huddle. Getting any sort of service was a major achievement, maybe it was because the hour was late. A lot of the dishes advertised on the menu were not available, including all the specials. The layout of the restaurant is such that we were able to watch the people on cooking duty, again in a huddle of two, incinerate almost everything they attempted to cook; no wonder there were so few customers. Standard of food when it arrived was just about acceptable, getting vegetables was nigh on impossible. Whole experience not good at all and meals here in no way represent good value, drinks are particularly overpriced. Interior decor is good though, the restaurant was clean and the staff seemed to enjoy their chats with each other."

this restaurant is in the middle of the chain, neither good nor bad. However, I find that the quantities have decreased since reopening after confinement.

Very good service staff were helpful and polite and patient with my terrible french. Food was ok although my husbands burger was delicious and cooked exactly how he had asked . I would go again
