Me and my friend accidentally sat in the closed section and the manager in the blue or grey shirt bald, and has a black earring locked us in there and said you can’t sit here and we apologise, he put several chairs to block the entrance, and we had to hassle to move the chairs out of the way

The staff at the restaurant were not very friendly. When I asked to purchase an additional wafer for my 1-year-old, one employee replied that there was no set price and suggested a price of £1 for a small size wafer. For only three items, I ended up paying £19.75. Additionally, there was confusion about where to place my order, with one employee instructing me to sit down and another telling me to go to the till. It seemed like the staff needed better instructions and communication, as well as someone knowledgeable in the shop. However, the ice cream we received was at least good.

I was excited about getting my unicone as I passed the picture on my way home the day before. The 3 stars are for the ice cream, which for £2.45 was a generous sized waffle cone vanilla ice cream. Would've preferred more hundreds thousands as in the picture but the cherry on top was yummy. Had to wait long just for an ice cream to go. The queuing system ordering was disorganised as well as no customer service at the till. It was just take my order then onto the next person with no instruction, such as it will be about 5 minutes your ticket has a number on it so you can wait over there. The vibe of the place wasn't very nice dark inside so it wouldn't be somewhere I would sit in eat. I did en... Ver carta
