"Quirky interior, which was great. Spoke to a young man behind the counter who told us to take a seat and someone would be with us. A young girl and older woman looked at us a few times over the minutes that we were sat there, before the younger girl finally brought menu's. Huge menu, with lots to choose from. Ordered a few minutes later, and waited. Sadly we were informed that they no longer do child sized portions of the cakes, so we ended up with a massive slab of chocolate cake which was only half eaten by our year old. The older woman then approached the table with waffles but referred to one of them with a different name to that on the menu, so we politely said that wasn't our order. The woman basically barked at us that this was what we had ordered. We tried to explain that we hadn't ordered a waffle with that name, and she gave us the filthiest look before tutting and storming back to the counter. We didn't catch what she called us as she walked away. She then very clearly spoke to the young girl about us, giving us filthy looks throughout. The young girl came over with the same waffles and apologised stating there was a miscommunication and that the waffle was the one we has ordered, and not the one the old woman had said. Maybe it would be best to keep such a rude woman out of a public facing role as she clearly holds no interest in any customer service, unless it is bad customer service. She was giving filthy looks to other customers too, not just us, and a couple who dared to walk out after of being ignored was slated by her as they left."

The sorbet was really nice, but the waffles were average and didn’t seem cooked enough. The menu had many other options that may be great, but the waffles just weren’t. Bathrooms were dirty. Ver carta

Great selection of desserts crepes, waffles, ice creams and shakes plus coffee’s. Excellent service and atmosphere. Recommend the stuffed banoffee waffle with ice-cream followed by a good coffee. Easy access for wheel chairs and buggies. Inside and outside seating. Two large easy access toilets. Please like if this helped. Ver carta

what can I say about creams? wherever you go, they always deliver. I don't want to get a diagnosis for diabetes, but they're so good that I could risk only for one of every gloomy for the rest of my life. from the input, design and layout of the customer-friendly staff. they have a great selection and can just order everything they really want

my first visit to creams along with my wife and it was a really great, especially for someone with a sweet tooth like me. the first thing we noticed was the beautiful furnishings and the way the tables were designed, which allowed us to have our own space, but still to feel the mood. when ordering the food I must admit that we found it hard to make a decision, as there were too many great options for choice. If it was true, we could have tried everything! at the end we were satisfied with what we ended on order. overall, good portion size and value for money! the personal was also friendly.

"After never visiting Canterbury before we where looking for somewhere to have a late lunch, we came across this place which looked ok, upon entering the back room we were offered to take a seat in the front area and someone will be with us. We asked what food there was and we where sarcastically shown the food on the blackboard, after choosing what we wanted the polite man went off and put the order in. We did feel that because the man had asked a couple of questions to another member of staff that he was spoke down too a bit. Anyway after placing the order and what we wanted the food came out it wasn’t correct but because it seemed like we were going to interrupt the people in the back room we just took what we had. It was nice food though. When we went to pay we hadn’t noticed that there wasn’t a price list so when we asked for the bill we were told that it was donation, what we thought was enough, it wasn’t posted anywhere and it took us by surprise as we where standing at the till, I was going to pay in cash but was told they don’t take cash so I had to give my donation in card by telling the person how much we where donating. After plucking a figure out of air as we wasn’t prepared we paid and left. Upon leaving we felt that the person we paid thought we hadn’t paid enough and wasn’t happy with the amount but after working out what we would have paid properly we worked out that we had paid more than what it might have been if there was a proper price on everything. Overall it has a great ethos and it’s great for giving people the experience that they need to be in a working environment but they need to show the price or tell customers first that it’s donations and card only."
