"This was my first time ordering from this restaurant and I was extremely disappointed with the prices for what we received. We ordered a soft waffle and a very hard and burnt one, which was inedible. The milkshakes were just average, with cheap chocolate and a taste of cheap vanilla ice cream. The food at this restaurant is fantastic and worth the price. The quality of the food is top-notch. If you're in Blackburn, it's definitely worth visiting or getting delivery.

So appalling the customer service the guy at the till was so rude the waffle was rock hard my Cohsin got ice cream in a tub, it had a hair on the tub. The guy talked to us like we’re stupid. Never again! Ver carta

had only one chickenburger from the burger group and oh my! amazing! best burger I had in a LONG time. it was so delicious. fresh ingredients, sauce was beautiful! beautifully seasoned. very recommended and I will order definitiw again. hubby has a rindburger and he enjoyed it!

The staff at this restaurant are very unfriendly and provide poor customer service. Even the manager has difficulty speaking English. I recommend going to Kaspas Melt or La Glacier for better value and service. It's clear why this restaurant is always empty - they use inappropriate products for their customers.
