An very nice experience in a traditional looking place, with a broad choice of crepes, friendly people, and in Paris is not that normal.

They serve very good crepes. Went here with family and friends (and two toddlers). If you're a big group, come in early. Otherwise, make a reservation to secure a place.

We ate here twice, ordering different crepes each time. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, sharing bites with each other. The house wines were fairly inexpensive, also. A neighbourhood feel within walking distance of our hotel.We would highly recommend.

I was lucky enough to find Chez Maxence during lunchtime and I couldn't be happier for my first meal after arriving to Paris. Delicious and crispy crepes accompanied by dry cider and another crepe for dessert was a great value for money and for senses....I would definitely come back!

Stumbled across this place while walking...lucky enough to get seated right away at lunch. We ordered a savory and a sweet crepe. BOTH were amazing. Service was friendly and quick. If ever we are in this neighborhood again I would absolutely go back and sample...other items on the menu. Prices are average for Paris Ver carta

Amazing crêpes! Make sure to reserve your seat in advance as they are always full (with reason)! I don’t have a big sweet tooth but was so happy I had room for both a savoury and sweet crêpe! Went back with friends of mine also...visiting from Canada so they could enjoy some real-deal crêpes (and so I could relive the experience again Don’t pass on this crêperie!

The place is simply amazing. Service is fantastic, ice cream is really tasty and their salted caramel sauce is to die for! We've tasted both savory and sweet crepés and both were really good! The waiter remembered us visiting one week after our first visit,...smiled and showed us to the same table we had first time visiting. Only that one made us smile! Relaxed atmosphere, smiling and patient waiter and really clean restaurant. We love this place. Keep up the good work!

So we are experienced travelers and have lived in big cities in the United States. We're not naive about urban issues, but when we arrived in Paris, we got on the train and were immediately ambushed by a group of men who tried to steal...my suitcase and unzipped my husband's pocket and tried to grab his wallet. We yelled and shoved them away, and fortunately, they ran off before they got anything. But that was literally how our trip to Paris started, and it absolutely rattled my young sons who immediately said they wanted to go home.
