"We saw on TripAdvisor that they have great crepes so we wanted to give it a try. We came in around 21:15 and waited for 15 minutes. Nobody said hello, nobody noticed us and nobody was looking around. At first we were like "oh maybe they're busy / we have the time / we are on vacation" but if you don't feel welcome then it is not nice at all! It is not a big restaurant so we tried to call one of the servers but they did not look at us at all. Even when they served crepes right next to us. Lesson 1 in hospitality. After the 15 minutes we decided to leave, obviously no one cared since they did not want to see us."

Really good crepes... however price is too high compare to quality. Ice Cream was pretty average but overall the venue was good

We have bee here many times. The best crepes in the Nice area. I had the "Savoyard", it was outstanding. A nice view of the seaport as well. A good value for the location. Sweet crepes are also excellent. Highly recommend LA Gourmandise.

I'm a huge fan of pancakes. Not so much the savoury style but definitely the sweet stuff.I opted for my usual, Nutella and chantilly cream filled. WOW!Always too large a portion for me to demolish alone so my husband generously opted to assist me finish it.Lovely staff.Great location. Ver carta

Used to be a favorite place for a galette and crepes. Last two visits were major disappointments. Very unorganized, and very stressful. This is not how it was not so long ago. Artisan ice cream is a thing of the past, most certainly they use industrial quality ice cream passing it off as high quality now.

My wife and I have been in Nice for two days and have eaten here twice. The first was for dinner crepes, the second for a desert crepe. I notice that several reviews note slow service. What one needs to realize is that we are not eating at a fast food restaurant in North America. Slow down a bit and enjoy this for what it is "A wonderful holiday experience."

I am from France originally but now living in the US and I found the crepes even better that I remember them. The savory ones are amazing, so are the sweet ones. Be sure to order a bottle of hard cider with the savory ones as it's the traditional/perfect pairing. Service was fine but the best part is really the food. There are a few tables inside and more outside and a DJ was playing House music. Not our piece of cake but the evening was beautiful. Ver carta

I ordered the "savoyarde" crepe and it was the best crepe I had in a long time. My friend had a complete and a Nutella as dessert which were apparently very nice also. I'm not giving 5 stars because it was quite noisy (of course loads of kids around but also the sound from the kitchen as it was a semi-open one) and the waiter took a while to come to us (very busy and not much staff) and never brought the water I had asked for. Prices are average for the area. Would definitely go again.

It's often hard to find food mid afternoon in the south of France. This place serves non stop.I opted for the bacon and cheese crepe with extra tomato and my husband has the ham and cheese. His was severely lacking in seasoning. Maybe highlighted more because my bacon obviously added a hint of saltiness. We had a banana milkshake each which tasted like it was made with syrup not real fruit and was not very cold indicating very little or no ice cream. It's a nice setting. Our dogs were welcomed. Staff member was very pleasant.
