Rude staff and a service charge for sitting in if you wish to use the cafe, so just decided to take out. Ruined by customer service.

The ice cream and the place looks nice since the extension was built. I have to say though I didn't feel remotely welcome by the people serving the ice cream, I almost felt like a nuisance to them.
