Went there with some friends from college large portions and price ok . Burgers were nice and service was good . Handy for a quick lunch time fill up

My neighbour held her daughter's 18th birthday party here and the service from the staff was terrible..right from the minute we walked in we felt the staff would rather be somewhere else..rude and very stand offish..not much hospitality in the building..my advice would be to look at other venues

Visited yesterday again for lunch with friends We all thoroughly enjoyed the food and each had something different . It was tasty enjoyable good and prompt service and value for money . This is becoming a favourite of ours as we have visited many times and it is handy for lunch . We will certainly visit again .

I had my wedding at this venue and I couldn't have chosen a better place. June and her staff were outstanding and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect from start to finish. This is a fantastic spot for lunch. My husband and I dine here about once a month, with him visiting more often since he also golfs here. The lunch menu is extensive and everything I've tasted has been delicious. The staff are incredibly helpful and courteous. We've also attended a few night functions here, and overall it's a great little place!

Went in at lunch-time today and was asked what we wanted before we had even time to look at the menu. She waited while we looked and felt rushed to order. After ordering we waited 45 mins for our food to arrive and for waitress to say sorry it took so long but we're really busy today, I looked round and there was 8 people in total in the club.What i had was delicious, hot and very tasty, my mothers on the other hand was very fishy as if it had been sitting out waiting to be cooked for some time, to the extent where she left almost all of it

We held our whole wedding here on the 9th may. What an amazing time we had.June and all of her staff were just fab. Nothing was ever a problem. The food was superb. The carvery we had during the day and the hot rolls at night. I would highly recommend this venue for your wedding. Everyone was so professional. The room was turned around 3 times from when we got married to our evening party and not one problem. Having held two family celebrations here at the Crichton Clubhouse I look forward to booking another! Planning the parties was easy and the venue was set up just the way we wanted. The food, be it a sit down meal or buffet is very good. Extensive range of items and conveniently presented in a room off the main area. The sweets are excellent especially those which are home made. Bar staff and waitresses were helpful and saw to our requests. The location is good and there is convenient parking. Be it lunch, high tea, a party or just a drink give this is one to consider.

We had our wedding reception at this venue in July and from our first visit, we knew it was the perfect place for us. June, the owner, was warm, welcoming, and down to earth, making us feel at ease and at home right away. We booked on the spot and throughout the planning process, June was always there to answer our questions and offer suggestions. She even recommended a great DJ and assisted with our wedding invites. The run-up to the wedding was smooth and enjoyable, with June helping us plan the food and hall layout.
