Real Italian food in a great location and excellent service. Not on the cheap side but very good value for money if you ae prepared to go a little bit off the mainstream parts of town.

Cron am Hafen is my go to for fine dining when I don’t want to break the bank. The food is absolutely delicious and the staff are great. They also keep you topped up with fresh bread all night! Highly recommend going out of your...way to visit this restaurant.

we came to a late lunch and had the most amazing food. tagliolini with truffles and parmesan, buffalo mozzarella with tomato avocado salad and Argentinian bark fillet in a salt crust with barolo jus. everything was just perfect to sit outside in the sun and watch the boats on the canal.

Do not miss their truffle pasta with parmesan, they can have it as starters or pornstars. also other appetisers are amazing. the restaurant is located directly on the water, they can make a walk and enjoy the brise after a beautiful meal. remember to make a reservation, it is...always very busy.

Very pleasant restaurant with sufficient options for vegetarians and vegans. Well done on the tasting combinations. Great coffee is a given here and even alcohol free beer. All those combinations and the optimal flexibility make it a great choice. Food is excellent. Service very kind...and interested.

Hosted a client dinner at Cron am Hafen in March 2018. It was a cold evening in Frankfurt, and walking into Cron am Hafen was a real pleasure. Greeted warmly at the door, enjoying a glass of wine and a couple great appetizers, and then...delicious pasta and fish dinners. (I had the Sea Bream, and it was grilled perfectly moist and very flavorful. Watching them prepare the pasta by tossing it in a block of parmesan cheese was a lot of fun. Throughout the night, the service was attentive without being overdone.

We had not reserved and were first refused but one of the staff dis an effort and we ended up at the terrace. Quite nice even with the view on construction cranes. Menus arrived on the spot but we needed to walk inside to get...a waiter. When the diod came one of the plates was forgotten. After some minutes that was repaired. Food, we both had pasta, was good. The white house wine too but the red was plain. Payment by credit card followed in a total silence as well as receipt of the tip. Unfortunate off-day of the waiters or standard procedure?
