My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and cannot fault it at all. Great hospitality, service the food was fantastic! We would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area and we will be back again soon

Been in here a couple of times during our short stay Beer is good Didn't get the chance to eat here as we had the dog with us and isn’t allowed in the restruant Staff seemed ok to me contrary to what other reviews have said pity we couldn’t eat as I know a friend who has eaten here and reccomended it Me Bit dark in the bar is the only thing that I could fault but it is the middle of winter

We booked a table here because we had family visiting and wanted to try something different. The last time I visited, over ten years ago, I was a bit disappointed as it felt somewhat outdated. However, I heard that there are new owners, so I decided to give it another chance. I’m glad I did! The food was excellent, the prices were reasonable, and the service was outstanding. The dedicated gluten-free menu was a big hit with the coeliac member of our group, who felt truly accommodated rather than receiving a token effort. This place has definitely made it onto our regular list now. Location rating: 5.
