Great placeFriendly atmosphere, lovely interior and spacious._The only reason I don't rate it at 5 is because I didn't try the food.

I just had a great meal in the crown inn gayton. the steak was made to perfection, portion great as I was hungry and eating nice and hot. compliments to the chef and kitchen staff.

It was 6.30pm we were hungry, in need of sustenance were not disappointed. Parked bikes at the front, ordered a shandy at the bar asked for a table were ushered into the frontage. Service was quick accurate

we went to the carnival for a carousel. Although we came later in the afternoon, they still ensured that there was a lot of food for us and it was kept fresh. the service was brilliant and the food tasted super. very recommended for a Sunday dinner. Ver carta

This restaurant is fantastic. The atmosphere is welcoming, the interior is beautiful, and it's very roomy. The only thing preventing me from giving it a perfect score is that I didn't have the chance to try the food. If the food is also amazing, I would be more than willing to give it a higher rating.

I can't speak for the rooms as I didn't stay there, It was just a stop off for a drink. Unfortunately, food isn't served Mondays or Tuesdays, so we had to make do with a bag of crisps. Very quiet around lunch time on Tuesday. The proprietor was very friendly and helpful, pointing out some nice walks in the area. Set In a lovely country village location, with the river Nene I believe) close by. The Inn has a thatched roof and, although I didn't find out much about the history of the place, it did have a very oldly feel about it. Will be going back for a meal sometime.
