"Got a Combo 3 meal with hash browns, one of the best chicken burgers I’ve ever eaten. Well sized chicken fillet and the hash brown was crispy with onions. The fries were crispy and golden with a great range of sauces available. Speedy and friendly service. Very reasonably priced. Clean seating too with hand washing facilities. The Fanta can was a genuine one too. Update: Went back and ordered a chicken wrap meal with cheesy fries, coleslaw and the best gravy I’ve had."

For the first time I was satisfied. Now the portion was twice as small. 3/4 of the package was a salad. If someone wants a salad for 8 I recommend it.

I have ordered the chicken and chips meal deal a few times and had it delivered right to my door in no time. The food is lovely, with the chicken tasting even better than KFC.

Once again absolutely excellent. Quick delivery, hot on arrival and so tasty. Ordered a side of salad too, it was so fresh and crispy. Love this place, highly highly recommended

Got a order delivered tonight, the burger was horrible the chips tasteless and fried chicken well over done and dry enough to break a window, mostly all of it went in the bin absolutely disgusting food.

I ordered the food and waited awhile for it the driver was rude and they forgot my chicken when I tried calling them about it they wouldn't pick up the phone I tried multiple times, do not order from here

I ordered from this restaurant tonight, and it was disappointing. The food seemed to be microwaved, with chewy chicken, soggy chips, and onion rings stuck to the box. I don't understand why the reviews are so high - I won't be coming back.

Won't be going back, my wife ordered a pizza, she didn't realise it was buy one get free so they just cooked her the same pizza twice rather than informing her and asking what she'd like on the second pizza, and when she told them she didn't want 2 of the same pizza they refused to change it, very poor service

I requested three times for my three portions of fried chicken to be well-cooked and double-fried until the chicken skin is almost burnt. I was told "Yeah, yeah" each time. I decided to go to another shop, allowing them enough time to cook it properly. However, when I returned to pick it up, it was greasy and slightly pink near the bone. Normally, it is perfect. Now I am hungry and disappointed.

"on the drink card it only shows alcoholic drinks that I find angry to be honest. I asked the waiter for non-alcoholic drinks that they were great, but I think they should put all the drinks on the menu they sell. I came to fry with the family. there is a vegan option to fry,' the wellington. no vegan sites. a vegan dessert. the wellington was nice. with the roasts the sweet comes in separate bowls/plates, so we help ourselves instead of coming on the teller. what they brought was not enough for all of us, so we had to ask for more. they brought more and they didn't accuse us either. I think it was little pricy for what you have. there is only a vegan dessert option. on the main menu it seems more vegan options, but it could be even more. it seemed quite loud from the kitchen to scream and the staff was nice, but quite busy. there are quite a lot of stairs here, I notice everyone up or an accessible toilet, maybe I missed them."

"We’ve been going to Paradise for a while now and for me it’s the best takeaway in town. Pizzas are very good and the garlic bread excellent ! We always have a chat with the staff while we wait for our food and they’re always...super friendly and competent even though they are very busy at times. Definitely our favourite takeaway place !!"

"I booked a table for 2 really last minute on a busy December night, piccolio’s manger cosimo took the booking, he was so friendly and helpful that we really needed after a hard work in the cold winter weather! we went in and the restaurants that were breathtaking have woken us! the decor is stylish and above all it was so warm and cozy what we needed, we were greeted with smiles all around by every worker and was immediately taken on our table, without waiting time what ever! we were so swollen! Shortly after we sat, we tamara welcomed them beautiful, well presented and extremely polite. we thought up the menu, while tamara served us the most delicious Rosè Prosecco and took our orders. it was a hard choice, as we wanted to order one of all, the menu choices sound exquisite! so much choice and catering for all food requirements. my own and my friend decided to go for the spaghetti frutti di mare, which was absolutely inconceivable! muddle, mush and calamari topped with a huge garlic king prawn! it didn't take long until there were two empty teller and full bell! we stayed and talked together about the life and there was no hurry to move us from table to tamara has checked us we were so glad to have chosen piccolino chester for our girly dinner date and just wanted to say a massive thank you to cosimo, tamara and the piccolino team. I can't wait to come back to another fantastic evening."

"Had lunch here yesterday. What a gem. Please book, always busy by the looks of it we were in Chester for the day. Staff where very friendly the interior is quirky and lovely. Had the vegetarian breakfast was delicious, was also great that tea is served in a pot with china cups and you get more than one cup out of the pot. Had a delicious dessert too and an espresso Martini with a shot of hazelnut. Delicious the best I have had. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Chester to eat here was lovely. Will definitely be returning again."

"The only disappointment was where we were seated: people were standing behind us and kept knocking into our chairs because they were very drunk. Perhaps they should seat people who are eating separately from those who are drinking. I had to speak to them to ask them to stop knocking into our chairs. The waitress was amazing, although I didn't catch her name. She kept asking if we wanted our drinks refilled so we didn't have to go to the bar. The food was absolutely outstanding."
