"This catering business is very famous and its kind of traiteur has a very good reputation. We were rather hungry, it was early evening, yet they were ok serving at the table, after choosing the various food from the take-away window, which you can take away and re-heat at home. The only correct dish was the cous-cous because it is a cold dish, and the mozzarella because it also cold. All the other warm or re-heated dishes were simply unacceptable and a serious insult to the culinary institution in general. The worse was the meat which was better to be eaten cold; indeed, you could taste it was re-heated as left-over at home from the day before. The quality of the meat probably Chianina was really bad, maybe not, and if so really not that good in general for the ones who knows good meat. The service, was ok, yet still managed forgetting one dish, when almost no one was in the restaurant. Another rather poor impression in view of the situation at the time. Lastly once the main Chef left, whom we knew by site, one of his colleague cut some prosciutto, use his bare hand doing it, while touching other dishes or his glasses or some of the ham simply went on some dishes located below in the window. A complete disgrace of hygiene, and if there were a control, as far as I am concerned this place could close immediately. It is one thing to have a name, but to see and most importantly taste all this non-sense, it is not acceptable. I hope this note will not be thrown under the carpet as one should learn from this horrible mistakeS."

I was at lunch, we were in two, great food, quality is indisputable... a parmigiana of superlative artichokes! the service a little so... located at the beginning semi-empty and a life to come to take the ordination .poi waiters who passed continuously with empty hands and we a quarter of an hour with the dishes to take away and can order a coffee. all very cold as an attitude.. - He doesn't invite you back.

large kitchen at great prices. the room is modern, with comfortable and well spaced tables. the kitchen is led by the star chef marco gubbiotti. possibility to choose from three different menu proposals (meat, fish and vegetarian. ) excellent selection of local products and also foreign excellence. counter for gastronomy and meat shops to take away. open from breakfast to dinner. absolutely to try at any time.

is a very versatile place, a gastronomy with kitchen, but also a wine shop and a breakfast bar. all this in a very cozy and elegant place where each product is of first quality. I stopped for lunch on a trip from Abruzzo to Tuscany. This place was a revelation. I ate panzanella with locust anchovies, vegan salad with fruit vegetables and seeds, really good and refreshing. I also brought the chicken to the spit and it was delicious. I finally bought also a salad of octopus and grilled vegetables to bring home for dinner.

"Stamattina abbiamo avuto dei contrattempi che non ci hanno permesso di prenotare un ristorante, intorno le abbiamo incominciato a telefonare per sapere se vi era possibile andare a pranzo ma tutti i ristoranti ci rispondevano che la cucina era chiusa, ebbene L”UNICO ristorante che ha risposto con gentilezza dicendo che la cucina stava per chiudere ma se fossimo arrivati entro un certo tempo avrebbero aspettato è stato proprio questo. Ecco che abbiamo scoperto un ristorante veramente straordinario, siamo arrivati alle ci hanno accolto con il sorriso, professionalità e gentilezza, ci hanno messo a nostro agio ed abbiamo ordinato. Iniziamo con la location l’interno del ristorante è grande , pulito e con tavoli distanziati correttamente, l’esterno bellissimo tavoli con i plaid nelle sedie all”interno di piazza Minzoni. Il menù è ricco e vario con piatti sia di pesce che di carne, noi abbiamo iniziato con l’antipasto della casa Me Te Magno antipasto misto della casa talmente abbondante che abbiamo deciso di dividerlo in due, questo comprendeva uovo con tartufo, provola in carrozza con speck, crostini, salumi quali capocollo e prosciutto crudo di Norcia , stracciatella, soufflé al parmigiano ed ancora tanto altro, abbiamo continuato con un secondo ovvero filetto di baccalà con acqua di pomodoro all’origano eccezionale delicato e saporito, abbiamo concluso con la cheese cake alle nocciole e tiramisù alla liquirizia dei dolci veramente ottimi. Si può concludere: personale gentilissimo ed educatissimo considerando l’orario e la risposta di molti ristoranti, ottime porzioni, materie prime di qualità, location centrale per girare Foligno, ed infine prezzo veramente basso rispetto le porzioni e la qualità, da provare assolutamente."

"It is quite a bit outside of the city of Foligno and we would hardly ever have found it without a navigation system coming from SS7 (Strada Statale Flaminia). Even the entrance was not so easy to recognize as a restaurant if it hadn 't been for a small sign above the door. A small coffee bar can be reached first via a narrow staircase and you are wondering whether they really serve lunch here. Only after passing the bar and entering the first of two dining rooms through a narrow corridor you do realize the place is bigger than it appeared from the streetside. Before we even ordered anything, a plate with bruschette and two bottles of still and sparkling water were placed on the table. We didn 't get to see a menu on our first visit, instead the chef explained in words what was available that day. However, on our second visit, almost two years later, there was also a printed menu. The coratella di agnello as a starter was very good and so were the tortellini with truffles. On our second visit to the restaurant we shared Antipasto misto completo with various cold and warm starters, followed by Faraona in salmì [delicious guinea fowl] and Strapazzo di uova al tartufo [scrambled eggs with truffles]. We were not able to handle a dessert after that (even though the list on the menu looked great), but very much appreciated a bitter and a Limoncello, which was offered after presenting the bill."
