"I was recommended this pub by the bed and breakfast where I'm staying. It's a lovely, cozy spot with a great atmosphere. The food was delightful, and the manager was a wonderfully hospitable fellow. I have gluten intolerance, but I was pleased to find a tasty gluten-free meal without having to wait long for it to arrive. The price per person is between £10 and £20. Overall, I give it a 5 for food, service, and atmosphere. I highly recommend trying the Hunter's Chicken and the Signature Fish and Chips!"

Came in June for my husband's birthday and now we're coming back for my 50th birthday can't wait next door for music then in for a lovely roast the staff r all so pleasant and friendly that's why we don't mind coming all the way from Liverpool for a cracking meal and a laugh see you in 4 weeks Price per person: £50–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very good food, staff every friendly and the covid app is amazing and easy to use. drinks are 2.80 nice n cheap and the fish n chips are yummy. enjoy if you visit. Dropped down to a 1 star 2023 this place has gone downhill sadly. Always without the meals you want, food is not fresh and the meals are disappointing or disgusting.
