"from the hotel de la ville to one of its sistine restaurants. 5 star service, very nice environment. we had egg with mushrooms and white truffle, ravioli with carbonara, rigatoni with tail sauce to the vaccinara. Very well. vaccination, not classic but still good. A little scary, I think, the five grams of truffle. the ravioli carbonara of the chef fulvio pierangelini, that I have known, very particular but very good. to try the next time the other dishes offered."
